Location: They need to be close to the city in order to meet customer demands and make same-day deliveries, as well as reduce last-mile delivery costs and time.

You must have a handsome amount in hand to develop a facility to their specifications.
You must have your own purchased land.
Your land should open on a minimum of 80 ft wide road.
Your land title should be clear and have approval for constructing the warehouse.
Expect a return on investment (ROI) of roughly 7-8 percent, which is significantly lower than industry averages.
Be prepared to sign a contract that is skewed in their favor – this is standard practice for any worldwide top-level corporation.
